- crafted a marketing and sales plan and vertical industry solution sets for the content solution business for one of the largest sales divisions; provided business development support for the cross-industry sales group.

Global Pharma Company - conducted knowledge management assessment, developed KM Maturity Model, designed Service Desk Knowledge Management Process, selected KNOVA Knowledge Desk Solution via RFP process, created e-learning courses, trained agents, management, and technical personal and implemented, integrated with global customer service activities, developed knowledge metrics and measurement, and designed ongoing support program.

Investment Bank - conducted a process analysis of the content activities for the client-facing and corporate support activities; created a content management strategy, implementation plan and RFP selection process.

Innovation & Research Company - developed a project management framework, methodology, techniques and tools and e-training course as the corporate standard; developed a project metrics policy and designed a project dash board.

High-Technology Vendor -
created an executive seminar series focused on financial services clients for the affiliates of a large international division; designed and developed a Web-based seminar enrollment, case study and on-going marketing pull system.

International Commercial Bank - conducted analysis of customer touch points and prepared strategy/action plan on the integration of relevant processes and enabling technologies for one of the Bank?s largest call centers.

Business Entrepreneurs - created a professional training program and materials for use in the schooling of a new cadre of emerging Iraqi business leaders in marketing, business operations and financial management. The training program is currently being offered in Arabic and Kurdish throughout Iraq and will be used as a USAID model for similar initiatives in emerging democracies in the Middle East and Africa.
